Don’t let fear or discouragement overwhelm you. God is your strength. You don’t need approval from the world when you have His approval. Stand confidently in the knowledge that God is fighting your battles today. He will give you victory. Hold onto that truth. With God, you already have everything you need.

Brief Biographical Summary

John Knox lived from 1513 to 1572 and was the leader of the Reformation in Scotland. He played a major role in establishing the Presbyterian Church of Scotland. Fun fact: Knox was a galley slave for 19 months after being captured by French forces during a siege, an experience that strengthened his resolve in the faith.
