Is Your Faith Rooted in Resilience?
The Daily Dose #0068
The Daily Dose #0068

Faith that endures is willing to sacrifice, trusting that God’s purposes are greater than immediate results. True resilience doesn’t hinge on quick rewards but rests in knowing that every step of faith has value in God’s hands. Your faithful actions, whether seen or unseen, contribute to a legacy of faith that reaches beyond your own life.
Today, embrace the calling to endure with hope, even when you don’t see the outcome. Trust that God uses every sacrifice, every act of obedience, for a greater purpose. Remember that faith is about sowing seeds for the future, trusting that God will bring the harvest in His time.
"And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up."
— Galatians 6:9
Brief Biographical Summary
Adoniram Judson (1788–1850) was one of the first American missionaries to Burma (now Myanmar). He endured incredible hardship, including imprisonment and personal loss, but his commitment resulted in one of the largest Christian movements in Asia.
Fun fact: Judson spent over 30 years in Burma and translated the entire Bible into Burmese, a translation still in use today.
